«Synthetic Films
Production. Double Bubble Line for Biaxially-Oriented Polyolefine Film
Production».
This
project is aimed at enlargement of polyolefine multilayer coextrusion films
assortment.
Coextrusion biaxially-oriented heat shrinkable polyolefine film (POF)
produced by “Double Bubble” technology is transparent film on the basis of
polyolefines. It gives high shrink at heating.
Due to the high level of shrink and low vapor permeability films on the
basis of polyolefines may be used in many branches of industry, during
manufacturing of:

Baked
goods and confectionery;

Fruit
and Vegetables;
-
Printed
and paper products;
-
Audio
and video cassettes, CDs;
-
Household
goods;
-
Cosmetics,
domestic articles;
-
Stationery;
-
Toys.
Polyolefine
films have the following advantages:

Film Production»
The
project is aimed at enlargement of multilayer films assortment, particularly
production of 3 layer polyethylene stretch hood film.
Stretch
Hood Film is collation protective package for transporting pallets. It is used
for packaging of different products:

chemical
goods and raw materials, resins, cement, peat, soil;
·
building
materials: brick, tile;
·
cases
for bottles with beverages - water, beer, juices, baby food - which can be on
sale in chain supermarkets;
·
household
appliances.
Primary
package is the tube of film in roll. The tube (bubble) of film is produced by
blown technology. Technology of packaging in stretch hood film includes the
following steps:

roll
unwinding;
-
gripping
of film by clamps;
-
putting
the tube (bubble) on pallet;
-
film
welding on the top of pallet;
-
cutting
